Food was delicious and excellent service of the staff.We enjoyed our stay.Calm environment but road to the hotel is narrow and no garden as expected .Appreciate the chef efforts and the other staff...They need to work on mosquito issue.Rooms are clean.Family friendly environment.

Quality and well cleaned rooms. Delicious meals, comfortable with nice friendly staff. Good place to visit with family or other else. A place can be Relaxed. Peacfull surrounding with nice environment and a good weather. Anyone can visit to this place again and again. 👌♥️

The one stars are given for the rooms and maintenance. We stayed here for two days on BB basis. First day breakfast was horrible. The second day food was much better. But do not expect tasty foods and wider spread. Home cooked food is better than what serves here. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Rooms are spacious. All double rooms have an extra bed. Bedding is fairly comfortable and properly maintained. Hot water facility is available but not working properly when the usage is high. Bathroom was clean and had toletiries. Bookings on rooms only basis is worth. Never go for any bookings with meals. Spend the two days here just only becuase rooms were OK. Also, a nice view.

We recently visited the Grand Camelia Hotel on a family trip. Our accommodations themselves were quite nice but their food was abominable. The curries were just water, and the soup was probably the most horrible garbage we've ever had. The fish they served was basically just bones. We do not give such fish even to the stray cat that wander our neighbourhood for scraps. They serve such little food in the buffet tray, and cometely ignore refilling the trays once it has been emptied (which it is after two people are done serving). Even after telling the staff many times that the food was bad, no action had been taken. They are are completely apathetic towards the customer and only care about the payment. You could spend less on a hotel room and have a better hotel experience elsewhere. Avoid this place if you want to have a nice holiday experience. Avoid this place if you don't want to spoil your business trips. Furthermore, a worker pretended to be the manager on the first day that we arrived. The only redeeming fact is the service of one Mr. Sudharshana, who served us with a smile and was quite polite to us throughout. He is honestly the reason we will give this hotel even one star.
